The classic Bavarian Andecher Hell is very typical of the so-called Helles-style pale lager. A soft, malty ensemble, which is complemented by a pleasantly floral hopping. The body is suitably light, playfully soft and yet suitably mouth-filling. The light sweetness is in good harmony with the velvety hop bitterness. All in all, very balanced and a truly wonderful example of the craftsmanship of the monastery brewery.
