Vanhonsebrouck was a pioneer when it launched Kasteel Rouge, a strong dark beer flavored with cherries, back in 2007. For 2023, the brewery set out to show a new direction again, launching this Kasteel flavored with raspberries. The appropriate, slightly lower (7!) alcohol percentage makes Kasteel Rubus Framboise lighter in drinkability, and according to the brewery, this really brings a summery atmosphere even in the middle of winter. Real raspberries are used for this beer!
